The food has fallen off. I ordered a half chicken dinner through grubhub. They could of seasoned the chicken, chicken had no... taste to it. Everything today was just wrong. It started with me getting out the car with my one year old in tow. I open the door and I am... greeted by a giant dead Water bug on the floor. I proceed to the bathroom to change my son and there is no changing station. Inthis day and age everyone has a changing table in the women's AND men's restrooms. Then I go back outside to change my son inthe back of my car. After I go back in to order my food. That process was straight. I sit down to eat. The cornbread was coldthe broccoli was cold and the drinks were flat. It appears the ice wasn't working and the only drinks you could get wereraspberry lemonade. Today was all wrong Boston Market. Ordered 3 meatloaf and a 1/2 chicken and they left out the chicken and they left out the chicken. Wife called to let them know... and they said we could go get one before they close. She headed that way and they then call back to say that they are not goingto give her one because they "know" they didn't leave it out and "so we are just trying to get free food" on top of all that thebread was rock hard. My fiancé and I got the rotisserie nuggets with a side and drink. The chicken was dry and tasted absolutely disgusting. Way too... much salt. Even the sauces were gross. Only thing that tasted ?ok? was the macaroni and broccoli. This was our first time hereand we will not be returning. Read more

I ordered 1/2 all dark chicken and this is what I received!!! I also ordered 2 mixed steamed vegetables sides and all I received... was freshly cooked and old broccoli? I am very disappointed and if I wasn?t located 30 minutes away I would turn around andcomplain in person!!!! Read more
