These employees here are something else. They act as if you owe them something rude, don?t speak, and of course attitudes. I... hate when they have long nails on and prepare my food being that most people don?t know how to wash under them properly. Thebiscuits are always hard and dry and the fries you guessed it old! I only eat here when I have no other choice and that?s rare,but the outcome is always the same. I?ll just drive further next time to something better. Read more
I stop by here around 9:10 AM on a Friday morning. There was several cars in one of the drive-thru lines. Initially, it looked... like there was only 1 line until I drove around and I saw that the 2nd drive-thru allow was empty, in which I went to thespeaker. I ordered and got a sausage biscuit combo with fries and a sweet tea (no ice). I paid at the first window and got myfood at the second window. The person didn?t greet me or anything. She just handed me my food. After I receive my food, I said,thank you to the person working, and they did not say anything back. I thought that was kind of rude. Nonetheless, I drove offand proceeded eat my food. My fries was on the warm side but they were well seasoned and I could tell they were fresh. My sweettea was good. I got it without ice because sometimes it?s not sweet enough and the ice makes it watery. As I finished up myfries, my hunger went away. Thus, I saved the sausage biscuit to eat at another time. Biscuit and fries were both cold (lukewarm at best) and clearly prepared long in advance. Employee was unfriendly, if not rude.... Very short-spoken, minimum interaction, and practically tossed the food to me when the order was ready. I'm not sure if theywere just understaffed which I can usually cut some slack for, but they weren't busy at all. I normally do not write reviews, but this is the 5th time I've visited this location, they always say they can't provide half of... what we want to order. They can't provide family meals, they don't have Mac and cheese, they don't have chicken tenders, theydon't have honey mustard, or they are out of sweet tea. Why can't you sell a family meal and how do you not have sweettea...when those are signature items?!?! I understand shortages, but they never apologize they they are out of anything and justsay 'we don't have that'. The menu is limited already and then they can't even provide what's on the limited menu?! Read more

Just visited this location at 10:45am. Worst Bojangles ever. The teen staff is rude and unprofessional. They insisted on giving... me room temp fries after asking for fresh fries. They insisted that the fries they were giving me were fresh. One young ladywith glasses and curly blonde hair pulled back in a bun proceeded to pick up a fry from what was being served to customers andtasted them herself. Eating directly over the food and picking from the food. This is place is disgusting and I am not surewhere the managerial staff is, but there doesn?t seem to be anyone mature or responsible here.
