1. Parking is horrible. 2. Food is always short. I went there 3 days in a row to get 3-wing dinner and was told all there times... that it's gone. One of the staff even told me with a happy face that it's normally gone by 3 o'clock. They already know it's apattern without any improvement. 3. Service speed is slow. I constantly seeing only one staff at the counter doing all theordering and packaging. 4. They don't care. For all the 3 visits that I was there they don't seem to care if you get what youwant or not. They just tell you it's gone and that's it. I normally am fine with the service, but the girl who was at the line today was so rude! just before me she was flirting with... the guys and making sure their order was perfect but when I went up to place my order there wasn't a hello, what can I get you,nothing. Didn't want to give me the chicken that I ordered, but they were willing to give the next person in line exactly what I paid... for! Saying that the wing is the same as the thigh. In what world are they even remotely the same.... Previous review: I hadto wait because they didn't have any chicken being made...and in the end this is what I get If I wanted to pay $7 for chickenwings, I would have gone somewhere else. Went there recently. Most of the workers don?t seem to like they?re job. The manager had to yell at the staff because things... weren?t being done properly. Moreover, my chicken AND biscuits came out undercooked, which would have gotten me sick had I notcaught it. Couldn?t eat anything but the fries. I?d personally much rather they take the time to make quality EDIBLE food. Slowand undercooked is disappointing. Read more
This is food in a pinch. I am biased because I live in walking distance so I have eaten here quite a few times. Each time I go... here my experience is different.. I don't know how they manage to be so inconsistent. People report getting sick from eatinghere, personally I have only had food poisoning (multiple times). I think generally if you have gotten food poisoning from aplace more than twice then you can forget it. I love Bojangles, but steer clear of this one. Read more
Read second part* Honestly, I work at the bojangles in Sylva NC and I was surprised at how high quality the breakfast is! I love... being able to go into work and have a biscuit that tastes like I'm still at home! 10 out of 10 on the biscuits! EDIT! Went backask for mashed potatoes and gravy, got the biscuit gravy... This is the best fast food on campus, their biscuits and fries are my personal favorite items. The line moves quickly when... they're busy and the staff is polite. The only problem I have is that the biscuits are less fresh when its between lunch anddinner. Read more
never actually open past like 5pm. never actually open when the UNCG dining hours and Google say they are
