The service was very slow.One of the young lady sat at the table and kept digging in her hair.No big deal until she walked right... up on the front line without even washing her hands.They had no food up front on the line the staff seem to standing outside orjust hanging out in the restaurant.... First time ever going to this location and drive thru was empty as well as parking lot. Lights were on inside so I waited and... waited. After 5 minutes of waiting and drive-thru. I decided to pull around to make sure they were still open. As I'm pullingaround I see people walking around through the window. I decided to go in when I walked in approximately 10 people looked at melike I was crazy. Not one of them asked me. Can I help you? So I said are y'all open? "Yeah" is the drive-thru open? "Yeah" Idecided to wait to show out until after I got my food. Drove all the way across town to this particular location because theyseem to always get the food right. After I got my food I let them know that I was sitting out there for 5 minutes and to walk inhere and not be acknowledged as to what I may need. The manager could have cared less. Was slamming doors I guess doinginventory on the condiments. Turn around and walked away. I would not recommend this establishment because of the lack ofcustomer service. If you don't like your job quit, there are plenty of people out here who would love to have this job and wouldbe great at it. Eew is all I can say! Every time I go there the sanitation grade gets lower and lower. It doesn't surprise me. I feel that you... can always tell a business cleanliness by it's windows. The windows there are gross, especially the drive thru window. Read more

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Bojangles as the food is great! Chicken supremes are my favorite along side... their season fries and legendary sweet tea. However, my experience today was very different and this is all focused around thecustomer service not the food. I have been going to this particular location ever since I moved back to Greensboro in 2017. Thislocation has continuously messed up my order just about every time I?ve visited. Everything from missing items to the wrongorder all together! However, I have been reserved in leaving a negative review because let?s be honest everyone makes mistakes.Today however was very different, I got my usual chicken supremes combo, the employee was handing me the bag and then my dippingsauces fell out the bag onto the pavement. I don?t know if she noticed but I politely asked if I could have replacements as theyfell out the bag and hit the ground. She rolled her eyes at me and said nothing! I was in a hurry so instead of arguing I justput my car in park, opened my door, and picked up the sauces. This by far is sub par customer service and I highly advisemanagement to address the issues if they want to continue to have returning customers.
