I stopped by here around 1:20pm on a Monday afternoon to grab some lunch. I got my usual 3 piece tenders combo with medium... fries. Oddly, they didn?t have any bbq sauce. The total was $9.49. When I got my food, I looked at my fries and could tell theyweren?t going to be good because of how brown they were. Ugh. I hate when they don?t give fresh fries. It?s so crazy because I?msure if they were on the other side, they wouldn?t want trash fries -__- They were barely even warm. The tenders were hot andfresh, which was great. My biscuit was a little overcooked but not horrible. Bojangles? is definitely a hit or miss. It?s sadthey don?t have consistently. Read more

Very strange. They take nothing but cash. Didn't see any customers inside at all. And a door cash car was parked in the drive... through for a good while and you had to drive around it to give your order. Not going to rush back. Read more

Customer service is terrible, I pulled up to the drive through, the worker said hold on. I sat there for almost five minutes in... silence. I then spoke out into the speaker several times to get someone to take my order. No one answered. I then park, walkinside and speak to the manager. I let the manager know I was waiting for several minutes in silence. She replied with we arebusy. (There were two cars in the line ahead of me and 3 ppl inside.)Didn?t even apologize for the wait. I then ask well whydidn?t someone tell me that over the speaker vs me sitting in silence. Her reply was, ?he was taking this man?s order inside.?(From what I can see there are at least 5 ppl working.) Then she said he was the only one with a headset because the other onewon?t keep charge. So to keep the peace because she had a stank look on her face I just said I would go next door toChick-fil-A. As I?m walking out of the door she let out a deep breath and said ?today ain?t the day and I ain?t the one?. So Iturned around and asked her for her name (Sierra) and she wouldn?t even look at me. As I was leaving again she mumbled under herbreathe. Read more
