They get through everyone quickly and were very hospitable. Would definitely go again. Line took a bit to get through but there... were alot of people. One of my favorite places to ear. Read more

This place is why I love the South. The people aren't only friendly, but there's like this culture they've cultivated where... people who enter the restaurant also are friendly. We bring kids with us sometimes and people are polite to them - it's just agreat place. My only complaint is the egg portions. They are the proper portion, but the big cup they put a single egg inmakes you second-guess that. Blueberry muffins are amazing. I've yet to eat anything there that wasn't great. Read more

It's almost always good food and service. I do wish they had made the dining room bigger and I wish they didn't serve the food... on those clamshell trays. But this is a really well run restaurant. Read more

this fairly new biscuitville was pretty good my steak biscuit was fresh and my fries were ok but not hot. took them back and... they replaced them without giving me attitude! Read more

Not a great experience. I have ran a few fast food stores in my time, and it make me very sad to see these kinds of things... happen. I went to order on Monday Sept. 12, 11:40AM going through the drive thru. A woman comes on the speaker and greets afterabout 10-15 sec. I gave her a first part of my order, and she asked if I had finished. I told her I had not. She still told methe total, and I had just taken that as a miscommunication, and said I had more to go with the order. The part that reallymakes me sad is that, when I was telling her the other items to go with the order, she was saying "what else?... anything else?"in between each one, repetitively in a low, monotone voice that most customers would interpret as "I don't have time for you" or"your not important to us," or plainly "you're too much." I don't want other customers to experience this kind of service,because this can cause so many people to have a bad day from this one spark. It's easier to make a bad day than a good day. I'mnot sure what her name was, but hopefully I have given enough information to locate her. Just a little bit of rephrasing andadding a smile to her face while she's talking (even though you can't see her, you can still hear a smile), will make thecustomers' day, and not ruin them. I'm still enjoying the new location. The service is good and seems to be well managed. I did get an email this week telling me... they now offer Cinnamon Swirls. I'm still sad that Mrs W quit making them inhouse and was excited to see a potentialreplacement so on my last visit I tried one. My wife took one look at it and said it looked like they made it on Wednesday. Today is Saturday! I tried it anyway. Looks were deceiving as it tasted much better than it looked. It was flakey like apastry which was good. I was disappointed however because the nutmeg(?) flavor overpowered the cinnamon. I wondered if theyused pumpkin spice by accident. Anyway, I will try again. Read more
