So. First time at this particular Biscuitville. It was busy as expected on a Monday morning but service was pretty quick. I... ordered the ultimate BEC biscuit that was supposed to have double meat and cheese but it only was a regular biscuit and not whatI wanted. I also got the white chocolate peppermint iced coffee that was really watered down and not very good because it wastoo watery. Good thing this visit to this particular store was a one-and-done visit. I have been going there for long time Like clockwork every morning I swing through the drive thru, and usually the same... thing. However this morning was my last time I'll give my time and money to this fast food joint. I asked for the ultimatebreakfast platter, then ask if I could just get extra eggs instead of the grits and fries, at first I was told yes, butapparently some forgot their mic was still on, and I heard this lady say to the other that he can't have that, he has to get thesides we offer, Went I asked about what I had heard, it got quiet for few seconds, Then the lady that made the comment , thereplies back that can't get extra eggs or bacon as a side. I really don't see what the big deal was, but to the lady that madethat comment, I hope you learn the true meaning of customer service, because there was couple different ways you could have do ewaht I asked for, but being hateful or spiteful is not one of them Read more
Great stop on my road trip. Dad used to enjoy breakfast here when he lived in the area and it did not disappoint!
I arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday morning. It was busy. The line was on the street. I wanted to go inside but I still had to... wait because the drive thru line was blocking the entrance and the parking spaces. They only have one drive thru, compared toother locations. After a few minutes, I was able to park and go inside. There was a TV in the lobby area and about 16 tables. There was a lady making biscuits. It was pretty cool that you can see them being made. I ordered around 11:37pm inside at theregister. The cashier was really friendly and I could see the other staff working hard. There was one person in front of me. Igot the grilled chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with fries and a strawberry tea. The total was about $9.92. My food was readyabout a minute later. I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries, so luckily I had some BBQ Sauce from Cookout in my car lmao.Wedges just don?t take that well plain, unless they are well seasoned. My biscuit was pretty tasty. It was the righttemperature. The strawberry tea had actual strawberries in it, which was amazing. I love strawberries! Lol. The only downside isthat it can block the straw opening while you?re trying to drink, lol. So? I?ll admit that when I tried Biscuitville severalyears ago, I got one of the platters and it was NASTY! I never went back. I ended up receiving a gift card a few months ago anddecided I?d try a biscuit instead.. Since then, I?ve been a fan! They gotta do something about the parking lot though and thedrive thru because the drive thru line shouldn?t block people who want to go inside. Read more

Drive thru long, went inside there was a line. Noticed manager was checking food, I was impressed by this, he seemed to be very... involved with what's going on with his staff, etc. He was very approachable and i noticed he even recognized a customer andcalled them by their first name. Cashier was really friendly and had a nice conversation with her. I asked for fresh fries andI got them. It was a clean as well. Read more
