The dagum biscuit window is the Bisschit! The country fried steak biscuit with the BBQ sauce and pimento cheese is the bomb... errybody for real. Mamma June gave biscuits a bad name when she said her lady part looked like a fresh baked biscuit on "HoneyBoo Boo". Great Biscuits at the brand new location. Even though the drive thru is very long, they are very efficient and the line moves... FAST! Indoor seating is open.. staff is friendly and efficient. How in the hell can you get out the parking lot with a jacked up dual drive-thru? If you going to be like Chic-Fil-A, at least... make sure you have space to allow people to get out of parking lot. Read more
Ordered two biscuits, two fries, egg and cheese biscuit, egg and cheese english muffin, and a pumpkin muffin. Everything was put... in the smallest bag...absolutely horrible. Got home and was missing egg and cheese biscuit???? had to go back and get that onlyto get home and the muffin isn't all the way done... Read more
Good customer service is hard to find these days, especially in the fast food industry. I?ve stopped by this location 3 times... now to enjoy breakfast before work. Each time my food has been fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere is bright, airy andclean. The team members have been polite, courteous and made an effort to call me by name with a pleasant demeanor. As Iobserved the staff interact with others in line I was really surprised at what an exceptional job everyone was doing. It hasthat small town atmosphere that you don?t see much of these days. As I was leaving I overheard a gentleman asking why they tookaway his favorite seasonal item. With a smile and an appealing and kind voice the team member assured him not to worry,something just as delicious would take its place until this time next year. As she made eye contact with me she said, ?Thank youfor stopping by.? I said, ?Thank you. You all are amazing!? She replied, ?So are you! Have a great day, sir!? Customer serviceat its best!
