Biscuitville on a Sunday is like any Chik Fil A any other day of the week. That reference means ( In case you don't do Chik Fil... A) CROWDED!!!!!!. our order was taken by a nice young man standing outside with a tablet. But the line was CRAZY LONG. Thatbeing said it still went pretty quickly. This location has gone way downhill. I waited in the new drive thru 15 minutes without ever placing my order. They have closed... the dining room which is pretty stupid. Me and the two cars behind me backed up and left without ordering. If you are onlygonna do drive thru, you better be Damn good at it. Biscuitville is not. My advice, take some lessons from Chick-fil-a or goback to your old business model. Read more
The service here was above and beyond what I expected for a chain restaurant. Matthew took my order and had great enthusiasm. I... almost forgot how employees act if they enjoy their job. My chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit was delicious and was priced right.As they were about to close, they made sure I didn't need anything else. The manager, Josh, was very polite as I was headingout. I will definitely return here and highly recommend anybody else to do the same. Read more
I have never in my life that I can recall heard of a restaurant not being able to serve you a drink without ice if that is what... you prefer! I ordered a peach lemonade no ice and they gave me amount to fill the entire cup. They also drop the entire box ofsalt in the biscuit/sandwich. The other locations I highly recommend I would have never thought my battleground experience wouldbe like this. Thanks for the water down drink and the nasty and unprofessional customer service. This use to be my go to Biscuitville before the other one opened up on battleground. I decided to go back here today and will... not be back. I waited 15 mins for my food for it to only be cold and not fit to it. The biscuit was rock hard, the eggs wereburnt and the gravy was a jelly like consistency. I was also not given any utensils or napkins. So, I guess they thought Ineeded to eat with my fingers and use my shirt as a napkin. Read more
Genuinely the friendliest employees of any fast food joint. So much so that I reached out to corporate about a year ago to tell... them how nice the staff at this location were. Nothing has changed, still super friendly and the food is always good. Read more
Me & my husband favorite place to go get a fast breakfast. That steak biscuit and new waffle biscuit are amazing. Me & my... husband highly recommend eating here. I do believe that prices could drop $2.00 for the waffle & steak biscuit . They are alittle on the high price. Read more
