Large store with a great selection, has Starbucks style coffee shop area and decent spaces to sit for a meeting or enjoy a... dessert. Bathrooms were closed when I was there which was odd 11/22/22, seemed like major issue or they have closed them to thepublic, not 100% sure. I stopped going to Barnes and Nobles because the stores I had been in had a very limited selection, but we were killing time one... day and walked into this location and it was great! We got lost in the store for about two hours and still did not manage tolook at everything. Read more

It's hard to believe that a bookstore chain like this can still exist with all the technology available now. It hasn't changed... much since the last time I visited years ago. I placed an online pickup order for Max Lucado's new release "Help is Here". I wassurprised that the price was cheaper than anywhere online (even got an extra ten percent) and how quickly the order was ready topick up. The pickup process was very easy and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely look to Barnes and Noblefirst for future book purchases. Read more

Great place for kids and adults. Great little play area and reading are for kids, toys, book. Coffee and books for adults, a... great help section with people that love books and are very customer service oriented. We spent over an hour here with the kidslooking through books and reading watching them play and go through the store looking at toys and choosing Christmas gifts. I see the same staff whenever I come here (with a few new faces here and there) and they always seem happy to be out and about.... That's always a rarity with retail and they clearly (and genuinely) enjoy their work. They're very helpful when approached andmake your shopping experience more comfortable. This location has a good selection of books for children. They also have an entire section of books in Spanish for children.... They have several areas to read with your children. They even offer special events. The staff does not bother you nor attemptto get you to purchase anything. You can stay as long as you'd like! They even have a play area. Plus, they have a cafe withfood and coffee so you can reenergize or simply enhance your visit! Read more
