First time here. Looking at the menu online, l was expecting quality hot tasty and healthy food items. It absolutely was!... Everything looked beautiful too. ???? l purchased veggies with tofu (didn't want rice or noodles) and veggie egg rolls withhibiscus tea. Great food. I had the roasted pork lunch box, and the salad was fresh and clean. The pork was tasty, but could have been... crispier, and the soup and veggie roll that came with the meal rounded out to make it truly fantastic. Had to go next door forwhite sauce to put in Baobao?s fluffy rice. Will get extra salad next time, to be more low carb. Read more

I honestly don't know how they got good reviews. To my surprise, this was not authentic vietnamese food at all. I was... disappointed in the food and service. For starters, my cashier seems rushed and aggravated since, I had a few questions abouttheir menu. Its not your "typical vietnamese" menu, and it was my first time there. So I needed a few minutes. The steak phothat I gotten, was so salty. It was overpowering the broth itself. The chia Lemonade was just "ok". Nothing too exciting or bad.Fried Wontons were not good at all. The meat stuffing in the interior tasted weird along with its extremely salty N??c ch?mdipping sauce. The kids chicken/noodles was the worst of all things order. It was literally just chicken over vermicellinoodles. It was terrible. My son did not eat it all after one taste. So definitely a waste of money. And not kid favorite.However there were some positive that came out of this. The steak fresh roll and avocado fresh roll were good and nicelyflavored. The peanut+hoisen sauce which is typically used for dipping was good. Coming from a Southeast Asian Vietnamesebackground, I don't think this is quality Vietnamese food. In my honest opinion, they did not deserve a tip. Why there was atip, was because, you have to order first. Then wait on your food. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But with all thetables being dirty. Customers have to clean it ourselves before sitting down. Walk up to pick up our own food(not them bring itout to us), clear our own tables, and disposal of our own food, and never a refill on drinks. It's the first time ever I feltlike a restaurant doesn't deserve a tip. It was more self served. I was starving when I arrived, but being new to the area andon a time crunch, I just hurried with my dinning experience. If you're seeking quality Vietnamese restaurant.. I wouldn'trecommend it. Coming from Washington DC with a huge Vietnamese community and growing up with lots of Vietnamese friends, we have been looking... for a good place and kept finding "okay" places until we found Bao Bao. This is legit fresh and good Vietnamese food especiallyfor the special vegetarian and vegan peeps in your squad. The Pho is good but the vegan Pho is really good for vegan pho. Ifyou've had both meat and non, you know how hard it is to find good vegetarian or vegan pho but these folks do it right. Awesometofu Banh mi both regular and curry. They get the bread right and that's the key to a great banh mi. The fresh rolls are alwaysmade right in front of you like everything on the menu. We love the avocado fresh rolls. I eat meat but I go full veggie when weeat here with no regrets! Prepacked sauces and goodies to go just make it better. Do yourself a favor and try it this place. Youwon't regret it! Read more
