Before I was not a fan of Arby's, but now they are starting to wine over. My wife on the other hand loved their fish but now... they have stop selling the only thing she can eat as she does not eat meat. Might have to return when the fish comes back. Read more

Service sucks food wasn't good at all . Line was deep and wait time 15-20min. No sauces in bag after I asked so will not eat... here anymore. I called inside to speak to manager and girl said she cant talk she cooking and hung up. So summit branch willnot get my money! Read more
Order roast beef sliders at 150pm and was told that it wasn't happy hour... I stated ok, and they continued to make it seem like... a problem until I said I still want what I ordered... Get to window to find out they don't have Arby's sauce which is alot ofthe reason I came. I asked why not state that before people order, the window tenant looked at me with a hateful look didn't saynothing handed me my food and closed window before I could ask for any condiments.... disgraceful people with major attitudes... Their food is fresh,(or atleast taste like it is)I like the Roast beef at this Arbys more than any other around and trust me... there are differences, it is sliced so thin which is better in my opinion. I usually only stop in for 2 large fries and a large Sprite. My fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh. I love it! SO. . . Today, I... decided to stop in for a Deluxe Crispy Chicken meal (large), no tomato, no pickle. Fries were fresh. Aight, bet! Got home, andmy sandwich was . . . this. I'm not sure what this is, but it's not what I asked for, and definitely isn't worth the $9.17. Iwas able to get a refund, but I think I'll just stick with fries from now on. The food is a bit better than some of its closest competitors. The wait may be a bit longer, but worth it if youve got the... time. The interior is decorated in a modern chic style. Read more
