YOU HAVE THE MEATS MY AZZ!!! I have been there two days a week and you still don't have turkey. Why is that? Isn't there a deli... all over Greensboro and High Point with Turkey you can buy and they will slice it. Get on the job Arby's, It's bad enough thatthe so-called prime rib sandwich I had was nothing but gravy with no meat. It's safe to say you are falling off fast and wonderwhy you never have customers. I went to this Arbys location to get lunch at 1pm. We arrived and the doors were locked. When I knocked on the door the workers... gave us a gesture to go around to the drive-thru. I couldn't go through the drive-tru because we were in a 18 wheel tractortrailer. I am very disappointed that I was unable to get what I wanted. As well as why are the doors locked at 1pm? Dine inhours were posted as 10am-10pm. Read more

This was a great arbys.. ordered 2 phillies and my goodness it was hot and excellent! Ordered curly and crinkled fries and my... wife and love both...perfect crispy ess... Girl at the window was lovely and had a great attitude and endless smile... We lookforward to going there again! Read more

Ordered my food online, got there no online order.got the run around and finally reordered in person. Tried to cancel the... online order, no option for that. Tried to get my food that I had paid for only to find that I can't get it in the drivethrough I have to go inside to collect it. Which is a dumb plan from the word go. I'm going to order online for convenience,but have to park and walk inside. Whatever I go back, park and... the doors locked, at 2 in the afternoon. I paid $28 bothtimes so my meal cost me $56 and I only got half of it. Customer service is a joke and hasn't responded so to hell with it. Iliked your food but it's not worth $50 and getting treated like I don't matter. Read more

Don?t get me wrong, the line moves slow - but with that being said every-time I?ve came through this Arby?s my food is fresh,... and the staff are friendly, and that means a lot more to me than getting out in 2 minutes with old food/ a wrong order or a rudecashier. These kids deserve probably a lot more praise than they actually get Read more

The website says Arby?s opens at 10 it is now 10:09. I?m outside with the employees inside looking at me like they?re wondering... what I?m waiting for. 10 minutes later they finally come out and say that they don?t open the dining room till 11. Out of allthe places I?ve been to Arby?s is the only one that changes their plans on how they operate without having a sign outsideletting customers know what?s going on. I mean especially when someone is Hangry , is it really that hard to put a sign out whenthe customer is coming in can see it? The One thing that stop me from giving it a one or two star is that the employee came outpolite and with a smile apologizing for them not having any type of notice upfront. Read more

Sign out front says dining room open. That would be a lie, since it?s the middle of the day and they have their doors locked and... chairs are up on the tables. I?m at the Day?s Inn across the street with no food and no transportation. So thanks for nothing.ENOUGH WITH THIS COVID FEAR ALREADY, it?s ruining America! Note to management: You were informed of this issue (6) months ago,and have done nothing about it. You don?t put the burden back on the customer to report the issue TWICE, which is what you did.
