This was the first good experience I have had with Applebee's. My server was warm and friendly. I ordered the Shrimp and Steak... Parmesan. The 8 oz steak was ordered medium rare. The shrimp were blackened and placed on the steak. And both were covered withcheese. There was also mashed potatoes and gravy. Plus I had cooked broccoli plated as well. The broccoli was cooked to myperfection, soft and tasty, not undercooked and crunchy. I can get raw broccoli at any grocery but I love mine soft and tender.The mashed potatoes could have used more garlic for me since I love garlic. The shrimp were on the small side, not blackenedvery well yet were tasty and tender. I think I had a wonderful meal at this Applebee's. Read more
I'm a delivery driver I went in to pick up two orders tonight. I walked up to the counter, there were two employees standing... side by side they looked straight at me and before I could say a word hurriedly walked away from the area. I stood there forawhile longer and no one came to assist me even though I had eye contact with several employees. One of the original employeescame towards the area again and I said excuse me 3 times by the 3rd time he had no other option but to come over since by nowcustomers in the restaurant turned their attention towards us. I told him I was there to pick up two orders he then got a guywho was in the kitchen area to come out. The orders were sitting back there ready to go while I was being ignored. I complainedto the manager and they apologized. The original guy started giving excuses about an incident that had happened earlier Istopped him and said let's not discuss our problems and make an excuse for bad customer service. No matter what drama takesplace once it's over, there is no excuse to ignore and walk away from a customer. Bottom line... Read more
The staffs are really nice and helpful. The place is comfortable and chill, also the food was delicious and fresh.
The food was delicious in our server was awesome very attentive even during the rush. Their wait system doesnt seem to work.... Where they want you to wait you cant be seen so my family in couple other families started to pile outside. Read more
My fork was dirty. My friend ordered the $6 drink, it had hair in it. We stacked the plates to get them out the way and asked... the waiter to remove them from the table twice. The sampler was good. Another person ordered ribs, mash potatoes and broccoliand stated that it was good. Read more
