I'm usually not one to make bad reviews. My fiance and I bought two subs on May 23 2021. There was two guys, there. I didn't... appreciate the white dudes remarks. He asked me jokingly "why not spicy?" Super offense while he was putting together mysandwich. Unfortunately, I am one of those who can't handle spicy food due to how my body reacts. I even asked for my sub to betoasted, and he ignored that. He just slapped on veggies. As well, as the other dude was clearly not paying attention orlistening to my fiance's instructions. Only 2 bacon strips, instead of 4 bacon strips. He asked for tomatoes, not spinach! Likewhat?! Not coming back again, sorry. Train your employees better. Read more
Just moved to the area and needed to find my go to subway. This location will not be it. Not only did they outright refuse to... give me a side of tuna (which I get every time I go to a subway, without problem), but they ignored my request for extrapickles, the tomatoes were completely hard and not ripe, and my bread crumbled apart before I took my first bite. Usually a good place to eat, this time it was like the person who made my sandwich had never made one before.
I love subways, this is not the one i normally stop at . i was very happy with this sudway ,walking in you can tell care is... taken keeping this store spotless. The only thing I would say i was not asked what kind of bread i wanted, is that not a choicenow? I was not aware really till i had him putting it together, so not one to make a fuss, and not the bread i normally have itwas good. Had a good meal the three working in the subway very nice. We have eaten at Subways across the US and have been allowed substitutes for the meat on a kids meal. We have paid the... difference if the location determined it should cost more. We had no problem doing this. However this location refused a kidsmeal to have anything except turkey, ham or roast beef. One of the employees was incredibly rude when we explained we'vesubstituted all across the US with no problems and we know it might cost more. Before we could finish explaining one employeejust pointed to the menu and said no. We walked out and had them throw away the 2 other sandwiches they had already madewhen met with such a flippant attitude. This kind of service will make us not return. Read more

The girl who served me is very loud and disrespectful. I have no idea what is happening in the service industry. If she was the... last one alive I would never hire her for this position.
