For the third time this month i have gotten a sandwhich with absolutely none of the toppings that come with the sandwiches. I... was told it did not come witheverything shown in the picture: lettuce, onion, etc. If there are toppings the sandwhiches areobviously old. They also have not been able to keep the dining room open for over a year due to poor staffing. Whoever isrunning this store nedds to do better. I only come here since there are limited lunch options, and i am disappointed every time.The only thing good about this place is the one or two people at the window who are usually super nice. Tried to stop here a few months ago and door was locked, no sign that dining room was closed. We could see staff sitting at the... tables inside and the drive thru was open. We left and went to Subway across the street instead. Stopped for a late lunchtoday and again, door locked with no sign that the dining room is closed. We could see drinks sitting on the tables inside. Iunderstand that staffing is hard right now, but it would be nice if they could at least put a sign up saying dining room closed. Just left for the fourth straight time without even ordering. This restaurant never has buns, meats, nuggets, or any of the... essentials one would order. I don?t understand how they stay in business when they can?t even make a sandwich. If it happenedone time I could excuse it. It has been four straight times. At one time this was a great Wendy's, but it never really recovered from the pandemic. They just can't ever seem to hire enough... people to keep this location functioning. Staffing is obviously a challenge for everyone now, but the McDonald's and BurgerKing across the street don't seem to have these issues. If you can't afford to pay a competitive wage, your business is nolonger viable. Read more
The app says they're open. Google maps says they're open. The doors are locked. This fellow dressed in Wendy's employee garb... inside the Wendy's looks up at me and back down to his phone without any acknowledgement. There's a Burger King right across thestreet. Go there. Read more
People were nice but can honestly say that was probably the worst meal I've ever had from Wendy's. Waited like 10 mins. Don't... mind waiting at all to have fresh food. But this wasn't the case at all. All of our food was cold. Fries were terrible. Full ofgrease and cold. Probably won't be going back to this location unfortunately. I was super excited to get a plain chicken sandwich and fries for a snack before volleyball. When I ate some of the fries they... were NOT fresh not salty. Just lukewarm and soggy. Not like the ad says. My chicken sandwich was dryer than the Sahara desertand tasted over cooked. I threw away the chicken patty and ate the bread. I am not going to this Wendy?s again. ???? Every single part of our order was wrong, made incorrectly and with mismatched parts, and cold. Even the fries were cold. We got... food poisoning as well and started vomiting. I'm unsure this bad experience was even unintentional. Do not eat here, or at leastnot during the night shift Read more
