I went inside to place my order and there was a man already standing there?. After about 3 or 4 minutes no one was at register..... the man turned around and said ?I guess they don?t want my money I have been standing here for I don?t know how long? he walkedout? Sat in line for 25+ minutes at 2:30pm with maybe 3-4 cars in-front of me and 5-6 behind me. Once it was my turn to order I was... told only 2 people were working and one of them was off at 3:30 so they were no longer taking anymore orders because ?theyneeded to clean the lobby?. Mind you the lobby hasn?t been open for quite some time now. The service is pathetic and they mightas well close this location down because they are the slowest and most unreliable fast food place in Greenfield. Do yourself afavor and don?t waste your time coming to this Wendy?s. Read more

It took 22 minutes to get thru the line with only two cars in front of me. If you are traveling down 70 and see this as a quick... break, it is not. The male at the window was very polite but had no sense of urgency. He took his time on everything, includinggetting a straw. He was in no way overwhelmed with work, just didn't care to be fast food. Sat in line for a half an hour just to tell us we are 1 minute late for breakfast well if it didn?t take 10 mins to get 1 car... thru I would have made it so it?s your fault not mine not to mention the rude employees this place is an absolute joke and awaste of brick and mortar tear it down and build something that isn?t a complete waste this is a great location for somethinguseful but instead we are dealt this piece of garbage I will be recording any further interactions with this place so I can sendit to home office SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN Read more

Not only has the dining room never opened up since Covid restrictions were lifted in the state almost a year ago, but the drive... thru is even slower than the Taco Bell next door (which is notoriously slow) I've been 3 cars from the order screen for 15minutes now. I can only imagine they will put the frosty in the cup. Immediately after ordering because by the time I get tothe pick up it's usually half melted. I want to preface this review by saying I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's. Every person here that I have met is... always so sweet and so kind! My order is never wrong! However I must say today I was extremely disappointed. I showed up around7:40 am to order my usual breakfast. The lights were on and someone was inside. However I waited at the drive-through for Idon't know how many minutes, and no one took my order. No one came on the intercom to tell me if they were late opening due toissues. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Again, this Wendy's is usually always on point. Must have been and off daytoday. Read more

Dining room was closed, why? Service was SLOW for a Wendy's and fries were COLD. Not up to my expectations at all. Didn't... even bother to do my cold soggy fries into my frosty as would be appropriate. Read more
