I stop at pilot almost on a daily and I have never had a good experience with pizza hut they always close early and the... employees are rude except one or two. Last night was the first time I had good service thank you Barbara for taking the time tomake me a pizza. It's really sad when you have good employees that go out of there way to help someone and do good for thecompany and you over hear a manger yell at them for it. I have seen many people come an go at this pilot no wonder they can'tkeep good employees the managers run them off. If you happen to stop at pilot try to make it on a day that Barbara is working isreally polite and very respectfull. Read more
Took a while for either of the 2 women working to notice me, but they were both busy making pizzas as it was just before the... lunch hour rush. At the time only 2 pizzas were available, I was asked if I was looking for something specific and if so theycould put a rush on it and start making it. Which was nice of her , but I grabbed a supreme off the warning rack. They have asmall galley style small sitting area around the corner with little 2 person tables. Not great but does the trick. Pizza wasmade ok, just not a lot of anything on them. Sauce and cheese are there but huge gaps where there are no toppings covering thesurface with things like pepperoni, green pepper, hamburger etc.. just a thin film of sauce with a touch of cheese. Boxlooked huge, but now I am still hungry. This would be ok for something quick on the run, but not enough for a nice sit downmeal. Read more
Closing at 9pm while part of a major truck stop is crazy. Can?t even get a hot meal out here as a driver
