Sat in line waiting for them to take my order with no one else in line took 10 mins to get my order placed. Then got my hot ham... and cheese and it didn't have freaking cheese on it it was all in the box. Bread was soggy and the milk shake was completelymelted by the time it got from them to me.i used to work here not hard to make a freaking ham and cheese or anything there forthat matter. Read more
8/27/22 around 8:50AM I entered the drive through to get some breakfast, reached the microphone and was greeted, I asked for a... breakfast platter but lady within the drive thru got frustrated I didn?t say bacon or sausage the tone in her voice changes whenshe had to ask again, I told her she didn?t have to get irritated and eventually led to me being told to get out of line. I didso and proceeded to park in order to go inside, an employee came out through the back door screaming and making threats speakingfast I couldn?t understand most. We continue to exchange words as he walks back into Hardee?s, I go inside to get my breakfastand the same guy continuously screaming at the top of his lungs about being a family man before a job or anything. When all inall I?m just there to get my food, not to argue with people. I asked the manager, (which is the employees wife), if there?saudio within the cameras but there?s not. I doubt anything will be done about the situation because of the relationship betweenthe two. Read more
Awful. Waited for 5 minutes to order then she stopped taking our order in the middle and was just gone. Ended up pulling out of... line and leaving after waiting another 5 minutes for her to come back. I understand short staffed but to just stop in the middleof an order without even saying anything is ridiculous. Read more
This morning my son and I walked to order our food like we do every Saturday. We overheard the manager belittling Ms. Judy. I... literally only know this woman from going in on Saturdays. Ms. Judy knows our order and many others as soon as we walk in thedoor. From what the conversation sounded, other workers are not doing their jobs leaving up to the first shift to get the workdone. Then the first shift is reprimanded for not having everything done. Have respect for your employees, pull them into theoffice and close the door. It's highly disrespectful to the employee and customers for management to have any form of workrelated conversation in the open, when it deals with this type of issue. Ms. Judy is part of the reason many people go there,her personality gives a happy morning smile. Corporate needs to step in, if this is how management treats their employees. Read more
