For the 2nd time the mac & cheese was cold, and this time the medium sandwich I had ordered was a small. I called and talked to... Bryce, apparently the Assistant Manager, who first tried to blame the cold Mac & cheese on Doordash. I explained the order wasvery fast and the sandwich was hot, and the Mac & cheese was so cold it was like it hadn?t been properly warmed in the firstplace. Then he said he would make a replacement order for me to come pick up, I said I had ordered delivery for a reason andcould not currently leave. He then said there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Extremely rude the entire time.
