I don't live in the area, but stopped by as I was passing through.. Made an online order to minimize mistakes, but the order was... still wrong.. I called the supervisor, and she said "to come back to get it corrected." I had already left and was in king city.So I asked if I could get credit later. She said that's fine. I go back, and was told because it's more than 2 weeks it'svoided.. I used to work for BK with Strategic Restaurants.. Anson or DM Alvaro would have fired anyone that didn't take care ofa customer.. Came by at 10PM 5/11/2022 and the girls cleaning hide and acted like it was closed. When online it said they close at 11PM. I... was charging my Tesla next to the restaurant and I saw more than 8 cars go in the drive thru within the 15min I was there.Management you want to take a look at this! You?re losing business! The burgers here are delicious, but I've came here a few times already and they take for ever to give you your order. I think... they might either be understaffed or they are taking their time to make sure the burgers are perfect! I'd give it a 1 star, butgiving 2 because I like the burgers... don't come here during your lunch break unless you only see 1-2 cars.. even then you'rerisking spending all of your lunch time waiting! Always out of something. How do you run out of fries?? At a fast food restaurant? Doesnt happen at the other fast food... restaurants in town. Might need to reevaluate management and whoever does inventory. Also, staff is always either rude or short.They take forever to fill an order. Sat in the drive through for 20 min and there were only 2 cars in front. Would notrecommend. Go to McDonald's or Carls Jr. They actually care about their service times. Read more

Stopped to recharge my car at Tesla supercharger. This was right next to us. Perfect place and service was decent. This was... located in a Hispanic part of town and the server couldn?t speak Spanish and could follow Spanish accent which I couldunderstand. Food was good as always Read more
