Amy is the most rude person I have ever met. She swears at her customers and thinks she is cute about it. Police were called... because she refused to give my food or refund on my online order she said I was lying about. Funny how when police came shefound it and refunded me. I would never go there again. She doesn't represent all the good hard workers at other subways. If youdon't want to deal with this very rude Amy you might want to choose a different subway. Police officer was a great guy that cameout and agreed on how the customer service is so downhill. Just glad I got my money back and reported her to the corporateoffice. Glad I recorded the way she was to a customer because I was asked to send it to corporate. They were very concerned. Asyou can see in numerous other reviews they say how rude she was to them also. Best subway! The ladies were so nice and patient! Best customer service I ever had.
Everybody there is pretty nice no problem there but I made a online order and had a confirmation number left went to get it and... the store canceled my order. I found this out after I drove to the store..... so I was a little irrated about that then I talkedto the general manager name was Amy she is not a nice person and sure knows how to belittle someone and make them feel liketrash ........I was charged for this even tho it was canceled and Amy told me that she wasn't gonna give me free food my orderwas canceled and that I would receive my money from my order in 3 to 5 bunisness days it's been almost 7 bunisness days andstill haven't ........very displeased and the general manager Amy has a very nasty attitude and has zero people skills....shedefinitely had to do some extra curriculum activities to make it to where she is now... I ordered online at this Subway because I was on that end of town I ordered from home on my computer I got a confirmation number... and the time that I was to pick up it is pending on my payment card when I got to the store it said that my order had beencanceled I checked my email and it said it had been canceled but if I did not do it to ask the store why so I did they did notknow why my order was canceled but it's still pending on my card the lady that we talked to was very rude and act like she didnot want to even wait on us to answer our question they were not busy they had about six or seven workers in the area working inthe back this one lady after we showed them a picture of my confirmation number and it going on my credit card said that she wasnot giving us free food and that the order was canceled and that was the end of it so needless to say I'm waiting now for thecharges to be coming off of my bank no food rude and humiliated I will be contacting headquarters over this lady when I askedher name she said my name is Amy and I am the general manager over Subway so if this was the general manager and the way shetreated her customers I will be glad to say I would give them not even a one-star rating if I could I will continue going to theone on the Asheville highway for they welcome my business and are very thorough and doing a good job my request to you is not togo to this Subway across from Lowe's on Andrew Johnson highway Amy I hope you see this Read more

Ordered with the app, food is delicious however the order was messed up again, first time I was like well whatever they probably... just read it wrong cause it's a newer sub. Was supposed to be steak and the pickles and sauce were wrong on the other. Read more
