Don't get a Papa Bowl from the Greeneville Tn store they are overcooked and as thin as paper and not good at all!!! Yuck I have... a horrible taste in my mouth and it was disgusting. I couldn't even chew the peppers or pepperoni's it was so bad! Read more

Actually I really love papa John's, but I gave them a 3 star for their Philly steak n cheese. Would've been a 5 star for sure... but every time we get one (and we keep saying we wont get another one) there is virtually very very little steak. I've actuallyordered extra steak just to get a reasonable amount of steak and not one customer should have to order extra steak just to get areasonable amount. Read more

It?s sad when they can?t put your sauces in a separate box and they mash them into your papadia. Such poor staff and management.... They should have known better than to do that. And to top that off?.. they forgot my 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. I know people getbusy but that?s no reason for poor service!!!! I post ZERO stars. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Read more
