The food is amazing. The staff always does a great job. Very friendly, and just a good all around atmosphere.

For my short review, just go to Hachimi instead. For my long review. I ended up getting the lunch bento box, and saw that the... vegetables only included were carrots so I figured it would be like diced carrots that they stir fried. Instead what I got weresweet sliced carrots from a can that were warmed up. The other vegetables you could get zucchini, onions or broccoli which feltlike good options until I saw they were $0.99 for a substitution. Honestly the only reason it's not a one star review is becausethe wait staff were very friendly, attentive and good. Read more

It was okay. Kind of cool vibe but seemed more like a sports bar maybe. We were just visiting, from Nashville. The spicy tuna... roll was pretty tasty, but the other meals, protein bowl and teriyaki chicken soba noodles, only fair. Read more

A huge step up for Greeneville as far as sushi and hibachi go! The house soup was well flavored. The house salad was... extraordinarily fresh. The special for the night was the Holy Smoke roll, which is pictured. The roll held perfectly while I ateit with chopsticks. It was delicious. The perfect amount of spice and cream cheese. The ginger was fresh as well! My husbandordered the shrimp hibachi and said it was all delicious. He also said it was the best hibachi that he has had in quite a while.I'm so excited to have Nova's in Greeneville!!! It's a very welcome addition!!!! Read more
