We are new to town, after trying this McDonald's multiple times we won't be returning to this specific location. The frys are... never cooked and the drive through operators are very rude. Went in on 10/26 around 11Am-12 and the person on the intercom wasin such a hurry she kept messing up our order and not listening, they weren't busy at this time. She added exstra cheese, thiscosts almost 2$ exstra, we asked for exstra pickles. When we got to the first window it was a different person and theycorrected the order. After waiting 5-8 exstra minutes at the end of the drive-through, we finally got our food and they made theorder wrong. They still put exstra cheese on 2 burgers we didn't want or ask for that. They did put exstra pickles but my bunwas so soggy it was like they ran it under a faucet before giving it to me. I have never received a bun so exstramly wet andsoggy from a fast food joint or restaurant EVER, it was obviously intentional. There was no way at all that by adding picklesthe bun would be drenched and only 1 of the burgers was like this. It wasn't our fault they messed up the order, we tried tocorrect the issue. I am absolutely astonished that they just threw pickles on it, got it wet and called it a day. The ordershould have been remade we even waited an exstra 5+ minutes because the order wasn't ready, assuming they were remaking it. Ididn't eat it and don't trust these people working here. They have signs on there widows saying to talk to them if theirs anissue doesn't make sense when I'm 25min away at home and all they are going to tell me is to come back and they will fix it.Tired of giving them chances, waste of time and money. The cheese danish is absolutely AMAZING!!! It's honestly what made this McDonald's get this many stars.... Our breakfast... platters came out with no butter and only one fork and knife set. Just one?!? So you took the time to get ONE, but not theother..?? ??????????????????? Read more
I go through the drive thru at least twice a week to treat myself to a frappe with a shot of expressi on a long day. Their... frappe machine is "broken" more than half the times i go there. Why put it on the menu if the customer can never get it? Read more
I have never gotten worse fries from a McDonald's than I have tonight from this McDonald's. I had it delivered and a tooth has... been chipped. There's no excuse to why fresh fries couldn't of been made. My coffee was fresh and hot but the fries, ice cold.They take roughly the same amount of time to make. What's the problem? Read more
I used to like to eat at McDonald's. This one charges you 1.00 for a cup of water. You dont get syrup with pancakes. When you... buy pancakes they should come with syrup. Mcdonald's has a reputation of serving affordable food. I guess not anymore. We werebehind a little old lady that wanted to trade her 1.00 water for a cup of coffee because it was a little cheaper and theemployee had a sour look on her face when she had to refund some of her money. I'm pretty sure she was a senior citizen andlives on a very fixed income. The bathrooms were nasty. The entire dining room and the floor walkway to the bathroom was soakingwet. You are better off going to the Waffle House across the street. They have better food for the same price. And they don'tcharge for syrup or water. Read more
I don't understand how the drive thru is never open when it's supposed to be always with people inside. If you aren't going to... stay open until the times you have listed in drive thru, change them. Hardees stays open all the time with 1 person at night sothe short staff excuse I don't believe. Change your hours so people don't waste time at 1 a.m. when it says you stay open untilatleast 2 a.m. everyday. Read more
I went through the drive thru at about 11:30PM and the lady at the window told me rudely to "GIVE ME A MINUTE!" when I wasn't... even halfway through my sentence. I was trying to inform her that the person behind me had left the line after I had paid. Ihate complaining about employees but that was simply unacceptable. Read more
