This place is not it. My kids love the donuts and I like that it's easy to get in and out vs going inside a store etc to get... donuts elsewhere but literally every single time I go there's an issue. I do mobile ordering to get points and they always ask"what was on the order?" I mean?? Then they come back to say "we actually don't have .. or.. or.. what else would you want?That's annoying and bad business. You're known as a coffee/pastry place. Have those things!!! Read more

I ordered online and my husband picked up our order. When he got there the frozen coffee machine was down and we couldn't get a... drink we ordered. I emailed the guest services contact on the receipt and asked if I could have the free drink added back to myaccount since we couldn't get it. Not only did they respond, the manager called me personally and apologized, as well as sent mea gift card to replace the free drink. He was so kind and wanted to make things right. Go elsewhere!!! Greeneville has several great coffee shops, this Dunkin won?t last long if they don?t change. I?ve visited 5... times. Each time I?ve had problems. Recently, they closed at 8:45 ?to clean up and prepare for tomorrow?, once we waited in lineto be told they had no donuts, and the coffee is horrible and often lukewarm. They cannot seem to make enough "Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Muffins." I arrived at about 7:45am and they had none baked. Also, be... advised. This store does not heat "Avocado toast, unless you ask. Was good they where out of Carmel, hazelnut, was disappointed on that took them a while to answer the speaker to the Drive... through. Had ordered to substitute Carmel ice coffee for french vanilla which I would not order again was not good. The mochaice coffee was way better. NEED TO IMPROVE ON PRODUCT QUALITY. Read more
