I ordered pizza for my staff using a "Slice the Price Card" card that was sold to me by a local school. Thinking I was getting... a buy one get one free deal with the card, I was disappointed to hear that this store did not honor that card. When I asked whyI was told that these cards were issued/sold without Dominos knowledge. Seriously! I do not see how cards with officialDominos Pizza logo and info on it that are sold through a school could be done without there knowledge. So, since I had alreadypromised my staff lunch, I went ahead and placed the order and even though the person told me he gave me a discount the totalwas still much more than it should have been. He reasoned it away with talk of because I only ordered instead of 3 or someother discount, bla, bla, bla. Then of course there was a delivery fee added on as well. Poor business!!! Read more
Yeah so I'm very happy with dominoes! I'm very happy because a woman working tonight kept calling me sweety. She was very very... patient and kept asking me if I needed anything else. She gave me a list of all of the toppings they have tonight, plus told methey do three toppings tonight for $ 8.99 ! They asked again if I needed something so I didn't forget anything, feeling veryhappy and proud of her! Plus Dominoes is one of the only places still open in the area. Made the same order everyday with them for weeks sometimes 4-5 days in a roll.half the time something was wrong with one of the... orders. But dealt with it anyways and kept ordering. And yesterday they didn?t cut the pizza and the guys had a heck of a timeripping it apart since there?s no pizza cutters. We decided to call them and get it re made the next day after work withpictures that had the date. And they only wanted the other pizza back. They pizza is pretty good and very consistent. I haven't really tried the other items yet. I typically order using the app or... online which makes ordering easy. You can earn points easily too by just ordering and bonus points by taking pictures of yourpizza and answering a few questions. The staff has always been friendly and nice. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 wasthey dont deliver to my house like other companies do. Read more
