If you want good fries ???? Go to The Chick -fil-A on State of Franklin near The Fresh Mkt. Twice I ate at Greenville And twice... was very disappointed ??. Cold fries and looked like small nuggets. Had to throw away. Read more

The service is lovely. The staff is always kind I always get a salad and lately they have been awful, :( I keep giving it... another chance but I?m hoping this review will help them to REVIEW what?s going on with their salads. The salads cost way tomuch to not be good. Lately my salads are not full, and have been warm. Leading to of course wilted soggy lettuce! Bleh!! Seemslike a cooler broke and they got stingy with ingredients :( Read more

We stopped by there today to get a cob salad and the drive thru was packed but there were 2 employees taking orders and 2 people... getting them to the correct customers! Some of the best service I've seen! Our orders were great! Read more

My husband and I just came thru the drive thru at 2:50 pm on Labor Day, and we got possibly the worst food that we have ever... received from a Chick-fil-A. I gave one star because the service was awesome. We paid 16.88 for food that we tried to eat butcouldn't. We got two number one's and the bun was so dry that it was flaky and the chicken was totally dried out as well. Thefries were greasy and soggy. We have never encountered this before at any of the other restaurants. To say the least, this was abig disappointment. Read more

First time back in a Chick-fil-A , since back when my Oldest were in Elementary School ( In Florida ) ...... It was ????... differant * Got a Chicken Grilled Club * Bun needs to be just a bit bigger for me ???? with the Lettuce / Tomatoes & Sauce ????kind of slides ALL over ..... I'm not fond of Fries ???? anyhow - but was real disappointed that they ONLY have Waffle Fries..... Asked for WELL done ???? should have taken them back but didn't.... they still needed a " crunch " that they didn'thave. Place was VERY clean , what I seen . Didn't look @ the Children's Play area or the ???????? Restrooms * my guess --- theywould have been just as clean. Get that this is a " Chicken " place * but was bit surprised at the " Children's " Menuoption's. Glad all mine are grown. We , will go back again * just be more " specific " about how I want the Waffle Fries done ?. Sauces for Chicken choices were pretty good Flavor wise ????????????????????????. Read more

Every single visit is a disappointment. Being from Atlanta, and traveling often - I've seen many Chick-fil-A restaurants over... the years. This location needs improvement. Out of the last 5 orders, all 5 have had something incorrect, incomplete or missing.I've called, asked the owner/operator to call me back, I've given feedback on the mobile app and nothing has changed. No one hascalled me back as requested. This community has needed a standalone Chick-fil-A for a while, but I would rather drive to JohnsonCity to eat at one of those locations for much better service. I don't know that I've seen the owner there in over 6 months,very few times since it's opened. He is nothing like the other operators in the area, who are involved- and the customer servicereflects that. Hopefully this helps and they can reach the expectations of their customers once again. Chick-fil-A was very chick filly. The service was great, food was consistent and the people were polite. One person even gave us... a free book! The bathrooms were clean and ordering was efficient. Great stop! Read more

Seems they have consistent issues getting salad orders correct especially if you order and pay for additional chicken to the... salad. The partial salad missing most things in and it looks like it?s been tossed around is a far cry from the salad on theirmenu. Here?s a picture or the salad with an extra filet paid for and a picture of the hat their salad should look like regularwithout an extra fried filet. So disappointed especially after I said to the kid that gave it to me this is extra chicken?Where?s the rest of the stuff that goes in the salad? I was told I ain?t know it?s all there it?s my pleasure to serve you! Waitwhat!! They had to fix something too when I ordered Mobley so they could add the additional chicken to the order so it back tothe car lineup getbecause she had to ask for a manaer override and waited and waited and waited some more because the managerdidn?t come out when she asked that was why the line backed up and them the owner Mitch came out put the override code him andtold Tory You need to get these cars taken care of well it?s only backed up because a manager included Mitch didn?t come outwhen she requested one too for the override So if you would have come out faster when asked there wouldn?t have been a lineback up NOT TORYS FAULT it?s the managers fault and blamed Tory really y?all need to treat your workers better!! And you need tolearn to make the salads. Pictures or what I got and then what I should?ve had. I then went I?m adding this I then went to thebottom of the bag to find out the brownie that I used for my reward points isn?t in there big surprise!
