This place was a let down for the last time! We used to stop at this location much more frequently, but quality and service have... deteriorated significantly. The responsibility for this falls squarely on the owners' shoulders. The owners are rarelypersonable or courteous. They act like you are a burden to them instead of a paying customer (and fellow human) who is helpingincrease their business' bottom line! The treatment only gets worse if you walk in anywhere near closing time. They treat theiryoung employees just as poorly, constantly browbeating them or micromanaging their every move. The store would probably rungreat if they actually gave their employees good training and let them do their job! Also, they penny-pinch everything fromskimpy toppings on your sandwich to not allowing Subway coupons. And to top it off, today all the chips were stale (probablyselling old stock instead of replacing with new). I really don't like to give a business poor reviews, but we've experiencethese issues and more too many times. I'd love to see them improve these things, but have seen no effort in that direction atall. I hope they see this review and improve in the future, but if they continue to treat their customers and employees poorly,I hope they fail and fail miserably. Read more

Placed an online order for pick-up at this location. The doors were locked and the store was not open, even though the posted... hours on the door of the shop, and online for the shop stated it would be open. Why was I allowed to place an order for alocation that was not actually serving food? Read more
Well the old lady didn't speak good English and said that there was only about a couple of meat's to choose from when you have a... coupon plus there wasn't much to choose from look like they had been sitting out and not being replaced and plus WOW the coldcut sub made me sick after eating it ???????? will never go there again Read more
I have tried here before and not bad. Went today and spent $30 on 3 foot longs, my ham and cheese had barley any meat, even with... the cheese there was way more bread than anything! 2 chicken bacon ranch, again hardly any meat and when getting veggies theemployee acted annoyed and didnt even cut one of them. I have not yet called the store to voice my opinion as I do not belivethe staff there cares. Wouldnt recommend this subway. Read more
I love the Greenbrier Subway usually but the last couple of times I?ve been there the new lady working there definitely doesn?t... take pride in her work like the others before her! There is suppose to be bread under that messy sandwich somewhere! One day shedropped meat on the counter and just threw it back in the container, isn?t that considered cross contamination? Read more
The food is always fresh. The restaurant is very clean. Even if you find yourself in a very long line at lunch it's so efficient... that it only takes a few minutes to get through. If you want, you can skip the line and use the app. The owners are alwayspresent so your sandwich/salad will always be made to your satisfaction or they'll make it again. Special requests seem to throwthem for a bit of a loop bi they'll make accomodations. Read more
Want take subway coupons. Skimp on marina sauce on a meatball sub, found a hair on sandwich
