This McDonalds is the only one I frequent in Robertson County. They are clean, the employees are nice and offer great customer... service. I received ketchup and napkins with my order without asking. Keep up the great work guys! Read more
I've worked at this McDonald's in the past and not once has there never been any shakes, cones or sundaes. Ordered fries with no... salt and they were cold and my burgers were cold and stale like they were sitting in the warmer forever. How they stay inbusiness is beyond me but my visit was terrible. Ordered online. Instead of calling to tell me they were out if vanilla iced coffee they simply refund it which isn't too bad.... Except they also forgot half my order and instead of refunding or remaking nothing was done. Luckily there's other places forbreakfast that aren't as quick but at least they get it right every single time. Read more
It?s typical fast food, so I wasn?t expecting a 5 star meal. I would expect that if it?s ?fast food? I would get through the... drive-thru a whole lot faster than I did. The service and professionalism has been going down hill for a while. Today, we ordered sausage burritos and one of them was... still cold in the middle. We have been given the wrong order, had items missing from our order, and had parts of our ordermessed up. Management really needs to step in. Read more
Employees super friendly, food tasty. Sadly that's where it ends. Dining area was complete filth. Trash, crumbs, food... everywhere. There were three times more flies than employee's, it was like trying to eat outside. Staff did not seem botheredone bit. Read more
I tried going through the drive-through and was told to pull out of line and wait. With a truck right in front of me and another... truck on my rear bumper, I told the person no, then explained I am blocked in and can't move. The person at the window looked atme with disbelief they were told no, then insisted I pull out and park. I then told them that if they will have the truck infront of me, pull forward just a little bit. I could get out. Instead, they insisted that I could get out. By this time, my foodwas ready, but it didn't change the fact that I was still blocked in. Then a second person came to the window yelling at mesaying I can get out if I backup. At this point I was getting frustrated with the staff. I am not wrecking a brand new$75,000.00 so I told them to shut up. They then threw my money back at me as I was handing the food back the truck in front ofme finely pulled away. I then started to hand the drinks back, and the person slammed the drive-through window shut. I willNEVER go to that McDonald's again. Read more
