This place was nasty ,trash on the floor French fries and other food all over the floor and wear you get your drinks at... disgusting, ketchup everywhere lids to cups all over under the fountain drink dispenser. Looks like the night crew nevercleaned the place up and the morning crew where lazy and never cleaned this disgusting place up. Won't eat there again. Read more

Greenbrier is the worst Burger King around management is arrogant and does not care about their customers. Our food was cold... scented back back manager had an attitude processor back cold tasted horrible The sauce on the hamburger was bad. Just no. I waited almost 20 minutes tonight after they tell me to pull around to the other side. Then they forget about me and I... have to go inside TWICE to ask about my food. The second time I went in was tell them I had to go and was going to come backlater for a refund because I still had not gotten my food. We had intended to stop for fast food, I mean this is how therestaurant clssifies itself. And to top it all off they gave me a week expired milk that was purchased for my child. It expiredJan 21, 2022 and today is Jan 31, 2022. Gross and potentially illness creating for my 3 year old. Do better. Not my firstunsatisfactory experience at this particular store. I was just happy that their lobby was actually open because a lot of places do not have enough staff to keep the lobby open in... the wake of Covid and supply shortages. We stopped so that I could use the bathroom and I ordered lunch to go. Bathrooms wereokay. Staff was friendly. Service was incredibly slow. I was patient as I understand the situation. It appears that they areoperating at modified hours with reduced staff. Food was prepared hot and taste met expectations. Their icee, blended coffee,and milkshake machines were not up and running. Terrific staff with great customer service, even though morning drive Thru can bombard this location, the restaurant and... bathroom are clean each time I come to this location. The staff are kind and strive to meet customer satisfaction. This locationhas plenty of USB charging ports to charge your device. The only reason I don't give 5stars is because in general I don't likemuch fast food.
