I was recently at the Jamba Bon Air location in Greenbrae and my 17y/o daughter was asked to answer a 15 min survey on their new... waffle bowl with coconut cream, granola and berries. The incentive was a $15 gift certificate. Well, we went to use the GC todayand there was only a balance of $6.25. What a scam!! So disappointed with Jamba! Be careful when they seek you out for your timeand opinion...check your GC balance before you leave the place. Read more
