Traveling for work been going in there everyday none of my rewards are being taken off and when I ask why my 2 dollars off and... free smoothie aren't working I'm told there's nothing they can do and I have to pay full price showing them the app and theemails still told no and have a good day literally refusing to figure out and solve the customer's obvious problem also bothemployees left me standing there one was on the phone and the other washing dishes both looked at me and ignored me at firsttill she finished her phone call awful training on the managers part teach your Staff how the rewards program work please orwhat's the point !?!?! On October 4, 2021, I went to get a smoothie and the young lady wouldn?t take my order. She just left the register and never... came back. She looked at me and refused to ask me what I wanted. The service here is horrible. First the wait was just unnecessarily long. It was 4 people working and they just couldn't get it... together. I ordered 4 smoothies and all 4 of them were wrong. I even tasted one of the smoothies before I left and it tastedright. But once I got to my car and tasted the other 3 I realized they all were wrong. I got a smoothie i didn't ordered and theother smoothies ingredients were left out. It wasn't worth going back in there, but that is one smoothie king i will not bereturning to until they get better organized. And this was my 1st visit. Read more

I'm giving a three because of their professionalism. This store needs more help, and a manager needs to be onsite at all times.... Also, the music is so darn loud as if you're in a club. Editing my review thanks for the response I?m positive I?m not the only person those young ladies were rude to. I?m not... emailing a feedback email as instructed that?s your money and your business if it?s doing well God Bless you if it?s not youknow what changes need to be made or at least looked into. My rating and comments stand as is. I?m just one person?s coins thatwon?t be wasted here. Good luck !
