Popeyes of Beltway Plaza did not give me the right sauce.. Marinara sauce does not go with chicken. I requested all white meat!... Got dark meat. This 2 piece meal, happened to be around $10 with no drink. Wow popeyes. Not to mention the (MANAGER) totallyrefused to assist me with taping my ripped $5 dollar bill. Smh!! It's 2022 have a smidge of kindness and understanding. Yallturning down $$? Why? Because Ms.Manager doesn't feel like putting a small piece of tape on it? Give me a break. Read more
This location is hit or miss, mostly a miss. Don't go after like 9pm. They gave me chicken cooked with burnt grease.

The food is actually good four stars ??. The restaurant staff and cleanliness is negative but in order for me to be able to... post I have to give it one star. There was about 10 cars on the drive thru so we went inside to see if it would be faster. Once inside I saw why the long line at the drive thru. All the employees were playing around laughing and just walking around. The manager was trying to tell them what to do but no one listen. One of the girls had a sweatshirt on the back with a kidgiving the finger. So when she turned around it seems as if she was giving the customers the finger. The bathroom smell likepot and was dirty. This place is a disaster! Plenty of employees and service was ridiculous. The line at the drive thru wrapped around. Walked in,... and waited at least 15 before they took my order. The place looks trashed. They closed in like 40 mins, and the employee kepttelling all the others to say they ran out of stuff because they were closing soon. Read more
Waited 5 minutes to place my order in the drive through, then waited 10 minutes to get to the window. I ordered one plain... chicken sandwich and one spicy. When I got to the window, they tell me that they don?t have plain sandwiches, only spicy. Iliterally had to ask for the manager to explain to me why they were no longer selling plain chicken sandwiches when they werenot close to closing. I had to request that they drop a chicken sandwich for me so I could have what I ordered 10 minutes prior.The manager said that he didn?t think I wanted to wait for a plain sandwich, so they didn?t make it when I placed the order.I?ve never heard of anything like this in all my years of coming to Popeyes. This is my first and last time at this location.The cashier was polite, but she didn?t know what to say when I asked if they could make a fresh sandwich. She had to close thewindow and turn around to ask the manager everything. I asked the cashier if I could get fresh fries when my food was done sinceI would have to wait at least 10 mins for a plain sandwich. She looked at me with confusion and didn?t know what to say. While Isat in my car facing the restaurant waiting for my sandwich, a guy came out and dumped a whole container of tea on the ground inthe parking lot! Why wouldn?t they dump that in the sink!! When they brought my sandwich out, it was the most pale chickensandwich I have ever seen. It has no color to it and doesn?t look like any chicken sandwich I?ve had before. I asked if it wasactually a sandwich or just a chicken breast. I also asked him if he dumped tea in the parking lot. He said yes. I asked why andhe said they can dump it either in the parking lot or down the drain. Every car that pulled up to the window had to pull overand wait. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Finally got to try the new chicken sandwich! After hearing all the positive reviews on Popeyes new chicken sandwich I had to... try it for myself. It lived up to expectations. No toppings are offered on the sandwich other and pickles and mayonnaise butthat is really all I needs. Good experience at this restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
