Bad service the lady answering the phone has no customer service skills. Even when you come in it's as if she wants you gone.... Food is average don't really think they're vietnamese so it lacks. Felt like a carryout. Smaller portions then other places. Favorite place is pho tai 63. Read more
It looks like a strip mall food joint because it is a strip mall food joint. But for this far kid it's less about the ambiance... and more about how f'n delicious the pho is. This is 5 Stat pho. The customer service here is some of the worst I've had at any Pho place. The usual cashier lady always has the worst attitude,... just straight up angry and treats everyone like trash. Idk what her problem is but she legit needs to leave like lol why are youworking as a cashier if you hate people so much?? Plus the table service is pretty abysmal too, where they don't check on you ifyou need anything like water either. But the pho is pretty good, not the best but still liked it. I have never been to this location, so I figured why not try it out, sorry to say, the service was not up to par. My daughters... and I ordered some pho. I specifically said tripe, because my daughters love tripe. It was the one thing that was not in thesoup. This soup is salty. Ive had this so u many times here and am not a fan of the service but needed to stay en route to IKEA so I... chose not to eat elsewhere. The soup is very high in salt my feet began to swell while consuming. I will not be returning. WhenI sit down in a restaurant I expect to pay after I rack up a bill. Having to pay before I sit, not gonna work. Now I dont wantto order more. There is no table service here because once you order, you are on your own. Went to use the restroom and thepaper towels serve as toilet paper AND currently reside on the bathroom floor. Only reason I wont leave is because I am on timerestraint Will not return. EVER. I love a nice HOT bowl of Pho. Walked in to order a bowl to go, the place was busy, as always. It took about 15 min or so before... my food was ready and packaged. So GOOD! Read more
