I ordered broccoli with brown sauce and general Tso chicken. The broccoli was delicious but I took a bite of the chicken and it... tasted funny. So I took a closer look, all I have to say is IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE chicken when I cut into the pieces, so I threwit out. For it to cost $20 and come to me looking the way it did, I am disappointed. I have been coming here for years due to the convenience of it being in walking distance from my apartment. The service here is... subpar and getting worse every time I come. the food food is average again I only eat from here every once and while due to howeasy it is for me to pick up. The issue I have is with the prices I purchased a cheese burger totaling to just a little below $8for a single cheese burger I wanted a extra slice of cheese and my jaw dropped when I was told that that would a extra $1.25knowing they use the cheapest sliced cheese so I passed on that knowing I got some at home. When I arrived home and started toeat the food was terrible. The prices at this location keep going up the service keeps getting worse it’s a miracle they arestill in business. The only reason it’s still open is because there are no other carryouts near this apartment complex. I hopethey address these issues and go back to the way things where in the golden age. If you been here for a while like I have youremember how great the food and service was when Wendy was here. Read more

I received a Uber eats order for general tso tofu. I've ordered the dish before. It was good but this was a re-order. The dish... was awful. It wasn't done. When I called them to tell them, I was told I had to bring it back. I was unable to drive and that'swhy I called Uber eats. I told her I could not come back and she hung up on me. Not good customer service and I will not beordering from them again. Read more

I ordered a large shrimp and chicken lo mein and was told it would cost me $11 and some change. When I got there young lady told... me $13 and some change. I showed her my phone and said I just called here not long ago and you told me 11 something. She callsover one of her colleagues and they begin to speak in their language and she pushes the food towards me in the portal and saysthe two dollars two dollars and I said I don't have $2 because that's not what you told me. I gave her $11.75. I got to my car, asked my fiance how much did the lady say the order was. He said $11 and something. I believe they systematically overchargedblack and brown skin people by 50 cent 75 cents a dollar or two on practically every order. Most people don't pay attention, sothey don't notice the few extra cents. But she didn't remember that she had told me the price over the phone so she jumped it upwhen she saw who I was. I'm going to be put them to the better Business bureau. Read more

Moderate Customer service. I order General Tso chicken, shrimp fried rice and 2 steak and cheese egg rolls. General tso... chicken was a bright red, dried and warm not hot. Shrimp fried rice was excellent no complaints there. Egg rolls lack a goodamount of cheese in which gave the egg rolls a 6 out of 10. Read more

Delivery was fast and the crab rangoons were good. Problem was the kung pao chicken tasted and looked nothing like typical kung... pao chicken. It wasn't spicy and it was very reminiscent of a type of "chicken with mixed vegetables dish" or "hunan chicken"with a garlicy type sauce with just some peanuts thrown in. I also was informed that chow mein is not in fact stir-fried noodlesbut instead vegetables and pork. It's sad that they got two staples from typical chinese restaurants wrong. Read more
