Advice: TAKE AN EXTRA MINUTE IF NECESSARY TO MAKE SURE YOUR WHOLE ORDER IS GIVEN! About 70% of the times there's always... something missing specially the potatoes and today they forgot my 2 donuts for my babygirl and it's the only reason why I gohere my kid's donuts come on ppl get retrained. The milk in my drink was spoiled or bad, it tasted just off. I wasn?t going to say anything but I had to come back to the area... anyway so I let them know so they don?t give anyone else any spoiled milk and instead of an apology I was told that I need areceipt to prove it was here and that I they can?t remake it (which i didn?t request).. so disappointing I?m just tryna makesure they?re not giving anyone anything spoiled! (TL;DR: This is a great Dunkin, ignore that 1 star review.) I work at the University of Maryland nearby and in the past couple... of years I've probably spent a few hundred dollars at this particular location. The folks at this location work very efficientlyand have always gotten my order correct. I've also been through the drive-thru on several locations where they have to process alarger order (6+ drinks, 3 dozen donuts) and they always delivered in under 3 minutes. This is *far and away* my Dunkin Donutslocation choice located within a few miles of the university / Greenbelt area. Read more
Honestly, I have come here three times and they never have what I want. Today they?re out of decaf. Y?all need to just close... this location down because the service is horrendous, inside and outside filthy, and the staff are consistently rude or take 5minutes to come to the drive thru. Read more
Save yourself the wait and incorrect made coffee although you give them your order exact. It?s worth going to the college park... location trust me! They rarely greet you after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes or more Read more
You have to ask for a box so they don't put the donuts in upside down!! I was so excited to eat until I looked in the bag and... saw my donut was icing-down. When I peeled it off all the icing came off and was tuck to the bottom of the bag. Unsatisfied.Don't go here if you can help it. Read more
