I'm a long time customer. This pizza was terrible. All crust. Didn't have all the toppings that I paid for. Barely any sauce... when I ordered extra sauce. I heard the manager training new employees when I picked up the pizza. Not sure I'll return. Verydisappointed. Read more

Picked up a X-large pizza & Salad. All was great!

I go into this store at least once a week. I have witnessed on a couple of occasions when the manager is very openly rude to her... employees. I'm sure some of them may be new to the job but to talk down to them is not good. Read more

UPDATE: we've ordered from them again and the service is back to excellent. ORIGINAL: We've been getting pizza here for last 3... years, always good. Today they were a little look e skimpy in the top part of double pizza (sauce n topping were way in fromthe edge)but I totally get it with the covid19 going around. Easy to find. Kind of small parking lot. Great selection of pizza. Just take it home and bake it. Cook the way you like it. ????... Always a good place for a visit. Papa murphys is always bomb! I love that they offer gluten free. Only downside is they are always super busy, I even called 30... minutes ahead one night and when I drove in they hadn?t even started mine. Everyone who came in after me got there?s before me???? it was frustrating. I guess I would just recommend planning ahead!! Read more

Did the online ordering for curbside pick-up. Husband arrived at the appointed time & called, as instructed. Was told they?d... bring it right out. Sat for 15 minutes, watching customers go in, order, & bring their pizzas out. Called again. Was toldthey were just wrapping it up & would bring it right out. Waited another 10 minutes as other customers went in & out. Finally,a kid came out with 2 pizzas, handed one to a guy who was standing outside & then walked around with the other pizza, askingpeople their names, even though husband had given them the description of the car & was parked right in front of the entrance. Husband called kid over & got our pizza. He told the kid this wasn?t acceptable service. Kid just said that they?re busy. Husband mostly upset that they twice said that it would be right out, when they hadn?t even made it yet. What is the point ofordering online to have it ready for pick-up at an appointed time if they just push your order to the end of the line & serviceother customers as they walk in? We?re trying to support a local food establishment during these difficult times, butdefinitely will NOT be ordering from here in the future! UPDATE: I would like to update my review to acknowledge the quickresponse I received from Papa Murphy?s, and to thank them for going above and beyond to rectify the situation.
