The purpose of using the app to pre-order is for the food to be ready at the expected time and to avoid the ordering queue. I?ve... used the app four times and it would have been faster to get my food by walking in. As to the food?terrific. Any restaurantthat has BUFFALO chicken or BUFFALO wings on the menu and doesn?t use Frank?s hot sauce is a poser. I grew up in western NewYork (Buffalo). Every restaurant and bar prepared their wings with Frank?s. Real BUFFALO wings and/or chicken are coated withonly butter and Frank?s. JM does it pretty well.
