Wanted OVER 20 minutes for order. Watched employees more concerned about filling their drink cups than waiting on customers. ... FINALLY got our order, got to truck (18 wheeler) pulled out and discovered our Order was WRONG. Called store and took them7+minutes to answer the phone. Employee said she could write our name down and get a free meal, told her I wasn't stoppingtheir again, as their service SUCKS. Read more

The dirtiest place I've been into in a long time. My kids were picking food off the floor to throw away. I washed the table we... sat at. And a worker argued that we got our fries when we had not. Would never go there again. Read more

It was busy but clean. The customer service was good, the cashier was nice, my order was correct & my son's cheeseburger was... made fresh. Despite being pretty busy, I was in and out in a fair amount of time. Their counters were clean and so were theirtables. I'm not from this area, but if I'm ever back there & need something to eat then I would return. Read more
Had a great experience eating at Carl's Jr last night. Fast and friendly crew, they were always working and staying busy, one... even came over and chatted with us for a bit. The food came out fast, hot and delicious. Need to give these guys a raise! Read more
I would have given them no stars but that's not possible. When placing our order the kid up front shouted out the burger I... selected before I was finished what I was saying(add jalapeños or that I wanted it a double). I pretty sure that the people inthe back have a screen to read that information off of. We weren't asked if we were staying or going our bag came out with noconcern. When we sat down our table was dirty. When. We went to get ketchup out of the container and got 20 stuck togetherketchup packets that could literally be held up without falling to the ground. Our food was so cold that the cheese wasn't evenclose to melting, fries were old and cold. When I asked for the gauc that was supposed to actually be on my burger I was toldthat they had put enough on it. Pretty sad to drive all the way over there from Rock Springs just for that particular food justto be disappointed. New management may be necessary Read more
