We had dinner here twice. Both times the food was very unpleasant. Filet Mignon was undercooked, chicken fingers & ribs were... inedible. Both times the owner came by and said "enjoy what you're enjoying" and left. What? I've never seen any manager orowner say that. Alcoholic drinks and dessert were good. Friendly servers and great bartender. Very overpriced and disappointedin the food and owner. Unless we are having a cocktail, dessert, or going with a group that wants to dine here, we will neverstep foot in here again. Read more

Came here for the first time for a date night and I have to say the staff is what makes it 3 stars, otherwise it would have been... lower. I read in other reviews it takes time for seating which is fine, however when getting seated our waitress (who wasamazing) was slammed with a 12 table as well as other tables so we waited 25 minutes before another server came and took ourappetizers and drink orders. Other tables seated after us were served before us. During each interaction it was anywhere from15-35 minutes, again I do not blame our server that was slammed. The appetizers were mediocre, soup was superb and one of thebest soups I've ever had, and main course wasn't bad, however not worth the price. I have to say it took a total of 2 1/2 hoursfor the whole experience. Which was 1 hr 45 min just to get all our food and 45 for seating. Will not go again, however the viewis lovely and it seems like a good place to go if you want to drink/socialize with friends for a casual outing. Read more

The prime rib was tough and not very flavorful. Our server checked in with us exactly twice?when we ordered our dinner and when... we we?re finished. The staff should not allow people to (loudly) stand at other tables and have conversations. Take it to thebar or outside? we are trying to have a nice relaxing dinner! We will not return. Read more

We've been coming to Norton's once a year for the last 20 years. This new owner has totally revamped the restaurant. The... appetizer were excellent and we all recommend the blue cheese chips and muscles. The meals were delicious and we are verypleased with the service and speed of the meal. Read more

We visited in May, 2022 and had a very unpleasant experience with the food. The owner contacted me and seemed to want to make... things right. We visited again in August and the food was just as bad as the first time. The owner simply said "well, enjoy whatyou can" and walked away. The food is ridiculously priced and awful. (Steaks, mussels, chicken, French fries, baked potatoes.)Drinks are unremarkable, but not bad. Go for dessert and get the caramel popcorn laced brownie. Skip the main menu entirely. Thestaff was very pleasant. If it wasn't for them and the dessert, Nortons and Doug the owner would have earned less than 1 star. Read more
