I was with my girlfriend?s family on a weekend getaway, up to Green-lake, Wisconsin. I must say I was impressed, I loved the... environment, and the atmosphere. I love to escape the city life, and enjoy more of a country life style. It?s more peaceful, andcalm. I was fair warned in advance that the Little Corporal has the best Hot Chocolate in town, but unfortunately I was sick,and did not want to burn off the little taste buds that were remaining in tack. So in we went? We were greeted very nicely, andassisted to our table quickly. They didn?t have any menus, but they had QR code?s to scan on our phones, but none of our phoneshad service. Her family has been here before, so they knew what they were getting, I was flying in the dark, looking for mygirlfriend for some guidance. She was going for the Chocolate Chip Pancakes with a Hot Chocolate. ???? I am on my own on thisone boys. Thankfully the waitress, brought a tablet, with a menu built into it. I looked it over, they have a lot of goodchoices. I settled on the Chorizo Skillet, with American Fries and a water. The food came out pretty quickly, and everythingturned out amazing. I tried my girlfriend?s Hot Chocolate, it lives up to the hype. I just didn?t want to burn my tongue, beenthere WAY too many times! I recommend going to Little Corporals immediately, from the sounds of it, they are thinking aboutselling this family run business soon. Convenient location in Green Lake. Still serving breakfast fast close to Noon, so we were happy about that. The French Toast was... deep fried but don?t let that scare you, it wasn?t heavy or greasy, and the crispness was really good. Scrambled eggs andsausage were really good too. There?s a good variety on the menu, will definitely have to stop by again to try lunch & dinneritems. Read more
This place has an amazing breakfast. Always impressed. Its always worth checking in on what their specials are. The downside is... its hard to recover once those specials are gone! Hoping they would bring back deluxe sundays and shakes and now their monkeybread french toast! Read more

First time going there this morning with the wife and kids. Gotta say I'm impressed with not only the homemade food that they... obviously put a lot effort into, but the service as well.
