Wouldn't come here as a customer. I'm a delivery driver and ANY time i get pick ups from here I always get ignored when i ask... about the order. If a different driver comes in. They get helped almost immediately and usually that driver *isn't* brown so atthis point i wouldn't consider this restaurant super friendly for people of color. If it were a matter of a misunderstanding Iwouldn't leave a review like this. But I was actually trying to talk to a Brown haired waitress standing not even 2 feet from meand she refused to look at me and didn't even acknowledge that i existed. This isn't the 1st time this has happened here. Ayounger waitress had to step out of what she was doing to help me when this other waitress was completely free. The food looksamazing and outside of my personal experiences the service seems timely, But restaurants need to start recognizing that deliverydrivers are also potential customers and treat them as such. This place was great for my first time here. Perfect portion sizes that were less than what I was expecting to pay. I'm a... little surprised I've never heard of this place before, living close by for about six years. Will definitely be back again andwill recommend to others. This has always been our go to place. The atmosphere is great and everything is decorated so classy. We have never had a bad... meal here until today. We ordered the Mexican Burrito, would not recommend. Soft shell was tough, eggs were burnt, meat wasmushy and had no flavor what so ever. Read more
If it wasn't for our friendly server this wouldn't of gotten 3 stars. Place empty/bland and very quiet unlike it's sister... restaurant. Our food sitting down was fair/good, basic but look at our $7- patty melt with no sides below that we ordered to go.This is what we found. Read more
Had the best service from Kara when I walked in she was so welcoming! Professional, polite and all around amazing... service! Went back a second time to find out she was let go. Completely disappointing. Carol was very unprofessional when Iasked if the bar manager Kara was working. She stated Kara was no longer with them due to What sounded like personalfeelings. This place would have really been a great spot to frequent if Kara was still a part of it. Carol, do us all a favorand step down from your high horse and let us patrons enjoy good company. Read more
Not allergy friendly?just a warning to those of you with food allergies. The waitress was helpful helping me navigate the menu,... but when my dinner arrived, it was made with my allergy and therefore I couldn?t eat it. I received a box to bring the food homebecause they ?weren?t going to throw it away? and had half the price of that meal taken off my bill. No offer to remake thefood, which was disappointing. I ate some of my side, but still wound up with allergic reactions because of cross-contaminationwith the entree. Read more
Attended an event at the Village Grille this past weekend. The staff was more than accommodating. Vickie was outstanding along... with the other lady (i'm sorry i didn't catch your name).
