I just left there and I will never return. 4 employees, 3 on a break all at once. The place was filthy, not a single clean table... yet everyone is on break. I watched the one young man continue to go sit down, use his phone, handle his pockets, his face andhat and then go to wait on customers each time after doing that without once washing his hands... All the while popping gumwhile making sandwiches. In the middle of my order prior to this he stopped what he was doing just to visit with anotherassociate. Why are they even there working? Lazy, disgusting, rude.... What a disgrace to the brand. Never again. Oh and thanksfor giving me the wrong bread too. Read more
My boyfriend and we?re trying to order food with the associate (Ecocate) and him and I couldn?t tell what was wrong but she was... definitely drunk or on something, she was making no sense with her words, she couldn?t grab the food without looking like she?sgoing to topple over. At one point I thought she was going to fall. My boyfriend asked for his to be warmed, she was havingtrouble trying to put the sandwich on the warming tray and when she turned around to put it in the sandwich slid off because shecouldn?t walk normal, she was flopping all over the place. She caught the bread but everything else fell. She continued to tryand make our sandwich?s and even the guy checking us out seemed irritated. Good service. Subs are made good quality as per orders. Friendly staff. Clean store. Clean restrooms.
I ordered two subs online for pick up! When I finally got it and opened it. The flatbread on both subs weren?t toasted and... everything was cold! Highly upset! Read more
The lady with tattoos is very nice but the white gentleman with long blonde hair and a receding hairline is very rude I come in... asking for my online order which said it was done 15 mins ago but it wasn't which is fine but I asked him respectfully if theyhad gotten my order and snapped that had but the hadn't made it yet I also saw him borate another customer and yell at a dudefor sitting and waiting to order cause the line was long guy should shape up I get everyone has bad days but it's never thatserious Read more
My order arrived late and they didn?t even include the chips I ordered. Had to drive to the store to get the chips. Worse! There... was a long hair in the middle of the sandwich! I threw the whole thing out. Not getting Subway again. Read more
On google it says they are open with confirmed hours and on their website it says it would close at 2am tonight. I mobile... ordered and showed up 15 mins later at 12:30am just to find that the doors are locked. They let me and someone else in and theydid not make my sandwiches until I arrived. It?s like they thought I wouldn?t show up ???? then when other people walk in theyshout ?WE?RE CLOSED? & when everyone says they have an online order they make it anyways. I don?t get it.
