Used the app to order my meal with the time I was going to be there. Got there and the bag was already sitting on the front... counter. I should have opened it up there, had I done that I would have had them make me a fresh meal. I swear that they justdumped whatever had been sitting from lunch in the box. Was definitely not a good experience. We have allergies and politely asked if they had no milk options and got very rude... responses. The lady was rude from the start. When we got home I checked my bags and they didn't include one of our sandwiches. Ichecked for a receipt and they did not include one in the bag. I looked at my credit card history and saw they over charged meand I paid for 4 sandwiches and received 3. Definitely not in a rush to go back. Read more
Ordered drive thru. Had never tried this place before. Got a few different things to try. My favorite was the spicy chicken... sandwich. Only thing wrong with my order was we got regular chicken strips instead of spicy. However there was an extra spicychicken sandwich in the bag and everything was great so no complaints here! Food was not too bad, seemed like it was prepared hastily by the staff. Restrooms were clean.
First time here, I slipped because there was a lot of water on the entrance floor. Then the lady behind the counter said. The... lobby is closed , how did you get in here. She did let us stay and order inside. There was no sign on the door stating the lobbywas closed. Delivery people couldn?t come in to pick up orders, so they were pounding on the doors. The service over the past month has steadily declined. Most employees will not greet you and some look the other way. This is... disturbing to me when I walk in a place of business. And many others I'm sure. While I was waiting inside I noticed deliverydrivers coming in and having to wait upwards of 15 minutes or a bit more to get the delivery order. I also noticed that the crewwill not fill drinks that are part of delivery orders. I would think this is the job of the restaurant worker not the deliveryperson who works for another company. The crew member just puts empty cups on the counter and expects the delivery person totake care of it. The parking lot is a major accident waiting to happen. The arrows painted on the pavement go against theparking all around the building. I will say the food was up to par for Popeyes. It was good! I know this location is fairly newbut it is time for upper management to come in and do a partial overhaul especially in the customer service area. Read more
I chose a peak time to try and get some chicken. The line of cars wrapped around the building twice. I was committed, so I stuck... it out. The employees were friendly and upbeat, and they also practiced good covid-19safety guidelines. Chicken was tender,crunchy, and seasoned well. On the opening day, I came through and ordered chicken strips--just chicken strips--the strips were cold, dry and... skimpy, ...but today, I went back and merely mentioned my previous experience; in response, they were extremely kind andunderstanding. They immediately gave me the best customer experience and the chicken was made right. It was hot, spicy, plump and juicy. I appreciate them so much for making up for my bad experience with their chicken, but more importantly forbeing hassle-free about it. Thank you. Read more
