First time there. Girl talking my order was very pleasant, and explained things to me. Ordered Penne Scampi Shrimp, and Orange... Chicken, and a side of buttered noodles. Took it home, and was still hot when I shared with my friend. OMG, I now have a ?new?favorite place to go Oh, and I read on your app ?No tipping?, well, they have a ?tip? on the screen when you check out. I haveno problem with that. I tipped, but maybe others don?t feel they need to. I can see these kids working hard, and really dodeserve a tip. We ordered food to go last week and they completely left the chicken off of my salad bowl even though they checked the box next... to chicken on the receipt. When I opened the container and realized the mistake, my husband who had placed the order called thestore. They said they would send something in the mail to make up for the mistake. We received that mail today and it was anEMPTY ENVELOPE. Literally nothing inside. Really pathetic that they messed up that poorly a second time. Read more

This location is extremely dirty. All the tables were dirty, the floors, the seats and the walls. It needs a good cleaning. Also... dont the people preparing the food have to wear gloves anymore?! Read more
The food here is always popular with our family. We went here on a Friday night and the dining room was about 15% full. Half... of the dining room was closed off. We ordered take out and were served fast. Read more
What has happened to Noodles and Company?? Just ordered through a delivery service (quick & on time) the Japanese Pan Noodle... with steak...barely any sauce or the sauce that was on there, the noodles completely soaked up. Noodles & steak are completelygummy and gross. This is not edible by any means. Thank goodness I ordered flat bread too, that was the only thing edible. It used to be one of our favorites spots for a decent lunch at a decent price. But 2 of the last 4 times I went there -... something was wrong. Stuff missing from our take out order - or waiting 20 minutes to pick up an order that was actually coolingoff in the takeout area - with no real concern shown by staff for their performance. Have not been back in more than a year andcan't get anyone to try it again. getting better though Read more
Food is good as always. Service pretty much self Serve. Really no atmosphere. At least not noisy.
