I just wish all of this were different Food is too greasy, portions are super small, not much meat just dripping reheated... chicken under a big grease skin. It was my favorite place for original recipe and macaroni with the colonel original recipe,that apparently they don't serve anymore. The prices are too high, looks like they want Popeye's to get their costumers. I raisewith Kentucky Fried Chicken, KFC changes a lot off the original recipes , they don't even has honey for their biscuits. Honeyand butter a party on your mouth. Bit not anymore. Read more
Went to KFC on Shawano Avenue tonight. Was in the drive thru. I ordered the 8 pice tender meal. The girl taking my order... talked so fast I couldn?t understand her. I asked what kind of sauces they had. She went they them at the speed of light. Ididn?t hear them. So I asked again that I didn?t get that. Her answer to me was ? I already told you six?! I was dumbfounded. Food was pretty good. But sorry never again. No one needs to be rude! Read more

Got a "sorry we are closed" at 6:30 pm. Drive through open until 9pm. KFC in green bay is struggling. Two other locations closed... too. Sucks cause that nashville hot chicken tenders are awesome. Read more
Went through the drive-thru at about 5:40p on August 28th.. the girl in the drive-thru was rude and rushing us with our order,... she cut us off a few times, and we didn?t get everything we ordered. Only received one mashed potatoes and NO gravy at all. Weasked for hot sauce and honey and also got neither of those condiments. We waited at the window and the lady looked at us butnever came back to the window. We tried calling multiple times and got no answers and one hang up. Pulled in line at 6:52 pm updated posted hours are 7pm. We waited awhile before attempting to make contact at the speaker. Still... nothing pulled ahead to window still nothing. Tried calling the number twice and nothing. The entire Green Bay market should shut the doors and replace the entire staff and managers. We have failed to be able to get... food at the Shawano or Oneida locations several times.
