Ordered 2 country clubs, 2 pickles, and 2 cookies.. Didn't even get the correct sandwiches and 1 cookie was missing when... delivered!! Had to wait extra long just to get the correct sandwiches!! My order was first made at 12:47pm and it's now 1:56pmand still waiting on the sandwiches to get redelivered after only first noticing a cookie missing!! Not happy and veryfrustrating!! Read more
DONT GO HERE!!! BY FAR THE WORST JIMMY JOHNS LOCATION!!! I went here recently and the workers? attitudes are complete TRASH!... They talk LIKE THEY OWN THE PLACE and make the sandwiches WITH HALF THE EFFORT! They act like things should be gifted to them!When it should be the CUSTOMER FIRST, not them! No longer freaky fast. Last 2 orders from this place has taken almost an hour or longer to get. This place is 5 minutes away.... Manager Riley said they have extended their delivery range and are no longer considered freaky fast and offered no help. Getthis delivered if you enjoy unknown delivery times and soggy sandwiches. Honestly the worst Jimmy John?s location I?ve ever been to. Customer service and overall service is terribly slow and no one... knows what the hell they?re doing. I will not be going back to this location ever again as this is the third time I?ve gone andthe service has been awful every single time. I don?t recommend going to this location even if it?s convenient for you. It tookover 15 mins to get two subs when the facility had zero customers. Read more
Still good as always but last 3 times ordering always forget the yellow mustard packets!!! Orders are always correct and fast... delivery. Just wish drivers double checked receipts for the packets and napkins is my only complaint. Read more
I walk in and order a sandwich with chips (as I hold up) and a drink. I told him no cu no tom ( I have done this at numerous... locations). He then looks at me and asks if I want anything besides the sandwich. Again I hold up the chips and tell him, "chipsand a drink". He somehow can not work the register correctly and needs to ask for help. I finally pay the bill, get my sandwich,chips,and a drink and off I go. When I get back to work and open my sandwich, would you believe it had cucumbers and tomatoes. Did I mention he was wearing sunglasses at the register? Jimmy John's what kind of training do you put your employees through?You might need to revisit that! 1/28/21 And this is why I rarely eat here. $11.01 for a crushed sandwich, chips and a mediumdrink. 10/19/21 tried it again. He asked me if there was anything else. I repeated nocucumber and no tomato. Then I said chips and a drink. Even then my bill was almost $11 for a tuna sandwich, bag of chips, and asmall drink. I fill my cup and then turn to grab some chips to realize they are out of the only chips I like. How can that be?They are loaded with all of the other chips. Is this bad management?
