Food was okay and staff was nice. But...our hot hams had like 4 slices of ham amd they were supposed to be the big hams. Also,... none of the 3 large fries were more than half full. It seems like they didn't want to take the time to make more fries, andinstead divided one large into 3. Wasn't like this last time we visited. Not sure if we will go back. Read more
Maybe they were short staffed at the time but there was 2 cars waiting for their food infront of me and no one behind. Took... about 25 minutes for my food to come out cold. It's okay, the food was still decent after Chef Mike heated it back up. Read more
Ana was very friendly in the drive thru. I pulled ahead to wait for a chicken order which is perfectly understandable and... expected. The food tasted fresh. It was an increasingly rare pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant. I will happilycome back to this location again. Read more
This is my go-to breakfast stop when I'm on my way to church on Sundays and I can never complain about having the biscuit... sandwiches here. Today on the other hand I was really surprised that this Hardee's has biscuits and gravy for $1.99. this made abig meal for myself along with my usual Double Loaded Omelette Biscuit. I havent however had a Thickburger at Hardee's since2018 because isn't the place for diet conscious people like myself, but when you want a cheat day, this is the place to go nutsfor a low price. Looks nothing like the pictures and their breakfest sucks, just gave them a second chance and I asked to upgrade the drink to a... LG and they offered to upgrade both drink and fries for a dollar each meal so we said yes, upon looking at the quantity I cannotunderstand why you would ask if we wanted to upgrade to a LG fry and give us the same as a small. Service is terrible at this location. I waited 35 minutes for a sandwich before asking for my money back. And then, no... apologies, just exasperation that the key to the register needed to be found to get my money back. Everyone else in therestaurant had to wait as long. I've had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through also. I will never go there again. Read more
