Terrible store food is disgusting employees are slow. Dangerous, I saw multiple people coughing while making the food .
First time at the East Mason Cousins. I ordered my Italian special with no oil or tomato, which actually came out correct,... eventhough the ticket doesn't address that (maybe they write down all the things that go on it now). I ordered chips and adrink. I ordered a diet Coke (receipt is correct). I was given a Dr. Pepper. I hate Dr. Pepper! Thanks for taking my money fornothing. Read more
Avoid at all costs!!! We finally had a chance to try the new store and were extremely disappointed. It took over 40 minutes to... get our food (2 items were Mac & cheese that just needed to be scooped out of the pan). When our food was finally ready, onemeatball sandwich had cold meatballs and when I brought it back to the counter, I was met with attitudes. So much for foodsafety checks! Also, once we finally got our food, it seemed to be the perfect time to vaccum. No peaceful/pleasant dinnershere! Spend your money elsewhere! Read more
Ordered food online at 5. Just 2 subs. Ordered it for 630. Its now 7pm and the food still isnt done. I have watched other... people come and go while i just stand here waiting. I love cousins, but im not probably coming back to this location ever again Read more

Great subs and friendly staff. Quick service and very clean. Wish we had these in Michigan
